Corporate Social Responsibility
May 9-13, 2005
Kristen Zecchi’s program on “Measuring Corporate Social Responsibility” underscored how CSR programs help measure a corporation’s core values and that for a CSR program to truly be successful, employees working for the organization must participate. She also emphasized CSR is not just a publicity tool; it is a way of finding the balance between a company’s economic, social and environmental responsibilities. In Bariloche, the program was organized by Fundacion Woodville and the seminar was held at the auditorium of FASTA University. Ms. Zecchi also gave an outstanding lecture on general concepts of CSR to a group of 35 high school students interested in continuing their studies in Business Administration at Fundacion Educativa Woodville.
